The terms and conditions set out below govern the use of the services offered by PT Targetfit Surya Mandiri (“TARGETFIT”) regarding the use of the www.targetfit.co.id site. Users are advised to read carefully because it can impact the rights and obligations of Users under the law. By registering and / or using the www.targetfit.co.id site, users are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all contents in the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are a form of agreement set forth in a valid agreement between User and TARGETFIT. If the user does not agree with one, part, or all of the contents of the Terms and conditions, the user is not allowed to use the services at www.targetfit.co.id.

Account Ownership

All Users are entitled to create an account at TARGETFIT  for free. Users who register and have an account with TARGETFIT will be referred to as “Registered Users”.  Users who purchase products from TARGETFIT are called “Buyers”.

When registering an account, Users must fill in their personal data accurately and completely. Registered Users are also expected to update the information on their account if there is a change. All forms of loss caused by incomplete and / or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of TARGETFIT.

The user is fully responsible for the account he registers. All forms of activity carried out on behalf of an account registered by the User are deemed to originate from the User himself.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining all confidential User account information. TARGETFIT is absolutely not responsible for all losses incurred by the failure of the User to maintain the confidential information on his account.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
